Ferryl 202 Aluminium Information & Properties
Ferryl 202 Aluminium Grease is a rust-protection grease that protects hatchcovers, crane wheels, rails and shackles. It has a high melting point so it can be used in extreme climates and temperatures. Temperatures may range from extreme heat to several degrees below zero point.
The grease is designed specifically for the marine environment and contains chemically active rust inhibitors that ensure excellent rust protection. Moreover its excellent adhesion ensures long lasting coverage of the surfaces. It is a colored grease that you can use it like paint wherever the application calls for a paint that would not crack and must offer high quality protection.
The 'grease paint' is also water-resistant so it is applicable in areas exposed to seawater.
Grease Coverage Instructions
Your crew can apply the grease with a brush, wearing gloves or by using a special grease-gun. Ferryl Aluminium grease is available in 30kg metal containers.
